The offer and sale of products on this Website are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale.

1. APPLICABILITY OF THESE TERMS OF SALE

1.1) These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.ladyveneziashop.it between users of the aforementioned sites and the Seller.

The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by subjects other than the Seller who are present on the Site through links, banners or other hypertext links. It is the User's responsibility to check the conditions of sale before placing orders and purchasing products and services from subjects other than the Seller. Myluna is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or for the conclusion of e-commerce transactions between users of the Site and third parties.

1.2) Through the Website, Myluna offers the products for sale and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers", or any natural person who acts for purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial activity or professional, possibly carried out.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CONSUMER AND THE SELLER

2.1) The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian.

2.2) Purchase requests from countries not included among those indicated cannot be accepted.

2.3) The consumer who intends to place a purchase order for one or more products on www.ladyveneziashop.it, in order to conclude the purchase contract must complete the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller, electronically by following the relevant instructions.

2.4) Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form, the consumer is required to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the Right of Withdrawal. By submitting the order form, the consumer declares to have understood and accepted the content of the same, as well as the General Conditions of Sale and Use, the Privacy Policy and the legislation on the Right of Withdrawal. Failure to fully accept these contents will result in the order not being able to be processed.

2.5) Product prices may be subject to updates. The consumer is required to check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

2.6) The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the order.

2.7) Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will take charge of the purchase order.

2.8) The order form will be archived in the seller's database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law. The consumer will be able to view the orders placed by accessing his profile and consulting the appropriate section.

2.9) The Seller reserves the right not to process purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect, that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, the Seller will inform the Consumer by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on the purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on the Site are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the Site or the sending of the order form, it will be the Seller's responsibility to notify the consumer promptly and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day following the one in which the order was sent to the Seller, the possible unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the relative sum, without being required to pay any further compensation.

2.10) Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send the consumer, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, which will contain the information already contained in the order form.

3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS FOR SALE

3.1) Only new products are offered for sale on ladyveneziashop.it.

3.2) The essential characteristics of the products present are presented in each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on may not exactly correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

3.3) In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be intact and unused. The Seller, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that are open or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1) The methods of payment of the price of the products and the relative shipping and delivery costs are indicated in the order form and form an integral part of these Conditions of Sale.

4.2) The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged at the time of purchase.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The shipment of the products ordered on www.ladyveneziashop.it takes place by express courier. Delivery times include working days only and do not include holidays.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, REFUND TIMES AND METHODS

6.1) Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Product Sale Contract without incurring costs other than the direct costs of returning the goods and without having to provide any reason, within fourteen calendar days ("Withdrawal Period" ).

The right of withdrawal referred to in this article is excluded in relation to the Contract of Sale concerning clearly personalized goods or sealed goods which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and which were opened after delivery.

6.2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Myluna by registered letter to the following address:

or you can write to the following e-mail address: info@ladyveneziashop.it, before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period, of your decision to withdraw.

In the event that the Customer makes use of the right of withdrawal, he must indicate the order number, the Product(s) for which he/she intends to exercise the right of withdrawal and his/her address.

6.3) The Client has exercised his right of withdrawal within the Withdrawal Period if the declaration of withdrawal is sent by the Client before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period.

6.4) The Product, suitably packed and protected, must be sent to the following address:

without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer communicates his/her decision to withdraw to Myluna. The deadline is met if the Customer sends the Product before the expiry of the 14-day period.

6.5) The costs of returning the Product are charged to the Customer. For all other information, please read the instructions in the SHIPPING AND RETURNS section.

6.6) The refund by Myluna will take place by sending a promotional code or by reversing the transaction using the same means of payment chosen by the Customer at the time of the order after 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

6.7) The withdrawal will not be effective if the same has not been exercised in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation and, in particular, in the event that the Product is not intact in all its parts and/or accompanied by its accessories and/or elements that form an integral part of it; in such cases the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the Product. Myluna will notify the Customer via email within seven working days of receiving the Product, rejecting the request for withdrawal. The Product, if it has already been received by Myluna, will remain at Myluna's disposal for collection, which must take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer.

7. MODIFICATION AND UPDATE

The General Conditions of Sale can be modified, also in consideration of any regulatory changes.
