Shipping and Returns
On ladyveneziashop.it the shipment:
- it's free for orders over €25;
- with orders under €25 it costs €5.50
- if you buy on delivery, add €5.50 for commissions due to the courier.
Orders are processed and processed within 2 working days from the date of receipt of payment. Delivery takes place by express courier in 2-3 working days, an email will be sent containing the tracking number to follow the status of the shipment.
Deliveries are made only on Italian territory: therefore deliveries to Vatican City, the Republic of San Marino and the Swiss Confederation are excluded.
Myluna undertakes to respect the expected times for deliveries: however, during some periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, shipments may be slowed down. Deliveries will take place to the shipping address indicated by the Customer when creating the order, as confirmed in the summary e-mail sent to him.
If the package contains one or more damaged or broken products, we ask you to immediately send (check the package immediately after delivery by the courier or during the day) an email attaching a photo of both the damaged / broken product, inside the package , both of the packaging (wet or damaged). The photo is an essential element both to evaluate a possible refund in the form of a purchase voucher or the return of the product, and to send a claim to the courier on our part for the damage caused.
You can return all unopened and unused products, returned sealed and in their original packaging, upon notice within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The return costs are charged to the customer. You may return all unopened and unused products sent sealed and in their original packaging. Products must be shipped in a padded envelope or in a well-packed box so that they cannot be damaged in transit.
Please put a note in the package including the data (name, surname, address, order number) and the reason for the return.

There are two methods of reimbursement in the event of a return:
1. Immediate. A discount code is issued for an amount equal to the amount spent by the customer, when the returned goods are received in the company and their integrity is verified. If the goods are intact, the discount code will be communicated to the Customer.
2. 30 days. A refund equal to the amount spent by the customer is issued. The refund is issued when the returned goods are received at the company. If, after inspection of the case, the goods are found to be intact - within 30 days of receipt - the refund will be issued via the same payment method used to place the order.
